Tastezy Marketplace LLP ("Tastezy", "we", "us", or "our") operates a digital marketplace platform through the Tastezy mobile application and website (www.tastezy.in).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when you use our services. This policy is intended to comply with the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and Google Play Developer Policies.

We collect information related to orders placed through the app, such as items ordered and order status. Payments are processed by third-party payment service providers. Tastezy does not store full credit or debit card details.

2.4 Technical Information

We may collect limited technical data such as device identifiers, IP address, and app usage logs for security, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.

3. Purpose of Data Collection

We use collected data only for the following purposes:

Processing and fulfilling orders
Sharing necessary details with sellers and delivery partners for order completion
Account management and customer support
Sending transactional communications such as OTPs and order updates
Preventing fraud and unauthorized access

Tastezy operates as a marketplace platform. To fulfill orders, we may share limited personal information such as name, phone number, and delivery address with:

Independent sellers listed on the platform
Third-party delivery service providers
Payment service providers (only as required for transaction processing)

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Tastezy is intended for users aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
